Wireless phone service
Telus Mobility has become the Federation’s official supplier for wireless communications by virtue of the recent signature of a partnership agreement (group number 91498). Telus offers a specific rate to members of the Federation and their families when they sign a three-year service agreement. The offer is both for voice service (phone service and text messages) and for data transmission (e-mails, internet access), be it by Blackberry, iPhone or Android handset. The member who signs up for both voice and data services may obtain a $200 credit that is specific to this agreement. Depending on the nature of service purchased, a purchaser can also benefit from a reduced price to purchase a new phone, as Telus offers to all its customers. The cost to acquire a new phone may hence be $0. Note that de $200 credit currently applies to the purchase of an iPhone, but Telus is not able to guarantee that it will continue to offer such a credit on iPhone purchases as it must renegotiate its bulk purchase agreement with Apple during the course of the year.
The rates offered are part of a corporate plan. It cannot be purchased in a Telus boutique nor from customer services. You must call 1-855-310-3737 to be transferred to an authorised retailer who can make all the necessary arrangements as well as sell you a new phone and configure it. For now, the retailers are in Montreal and Quebec City, which means that your new phone will be delivered the next day via messenger service. Additional retailers should be added in other regions.
You are of course free to deal with another provider, though no special rates have been negotiated with a competitor. The current offer should meet the needs of a large proportion of our members.

Nautilus Plus
A $50 discount is offered on network memberships (regular value of $120) or local memberships (regular value of $60).
The yearly Local Physical Fitness memberships gives you access only to the centre where you hold your membership. It includes Nautilus, VO2Max, Group Fitness classes, Gym, SPEK and Life Circuit at a special rate of $16.50 every two weeks (instead of $21).
The Physical Fitness Network gives you access to all the Nautilus centres. It includes Nautilus, VO2Max, Group Fitness classes, Gym, SPEK, Life Circuit, Squash and Racquetball at a special rate of $18 every two weeks (instead of $22).
Extra services: Indoor group cycling, Gold Tennis, and Silver Tennis are available at a cost of $5 per person a month.
